The Real Good Toys Painted Lady is a beautiful kit that comes complete with everything you need to build a beautiful Victorian house (paint and glue not included). This kit has 7-9 rooms, measures 30"W x 22"D x 42 3/4"H, is precision made from Milled MDF and includes windows, assembled doors, staircases, wooden shingles and step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings.˙The finely constructed house is a gorgeous replica of the "Painted Ladies" found in the Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.
