It includes decorative trims, mouldings, pre-assembled windows with shutters, exterior door with steps, interior staircases and rails. Easy assembly with pre-cut, precision engineered parts, detailed drawings, step-by-step instructions. Strong construction, guaranteed fit. Milled clapboard exterior walls (3/8"). Shingles not included. Needed for self-shingling: Approximately 1650 shingles (3/4 single x 3/4 reveal).
