Pretty rooftop trim (crest) is included but not attached. Interior trim is painted and wallpapered and all doors work. Stairway has landing rails and banister. Silk-screened (non-working) windows have shutters. Hardwood floors (1/4" & 3/8") and wooden shingles on the roof are stained. Well-built exterior walls, 3/8" MDF, have directly milled clapboard.
